What this site collects: no cookies, nothing stored in your browser.
Web analytics (Grynlume) — This website uses Grynlume, a self-hosted analytics tool operated by Thorsten Meyer, Blombergstrasse 11 C, 82393 Iffeldorf, Germany, to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, where visitors come from and which devices they use. Grynlume sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. When you open a page, your browser sends the page address, the referring page, your browser type and screen size, and your IP address to our own server in Germany; requests pass through Cloudflare, Inc. as our network provider. The IP address and browser type are combined with a random secret that changes every day and are stored only as a hash; the raw IP address is never written to disk, so you cannot be recognised from one day to the next or across other websites. Events are kept for 426 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and improving this site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object at any time: contact@firmulate.com.
Server logs: our hosting provider (ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Germany) processes technical access data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) in server logs for operation and security (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are handled according to the host's retention policy.
Email: if you write to us, we process your address and message content to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR) and keep the correspondence as long as needed for that purpose.
